THE BACK STORE COMPANY HISTORY
“We care about your comfort” has been the foundation of our business since we opened our store in 1996. Our owner, Judith Glenn, had suffered from degenerative disk disease since 1993 and realized there was a tremendous need for comfort products for back pain sufferers that include eighty to ninety percent of the population. Judith’s daughter, Ashlee has worked in the store almost from the day we opened and became the store manager after graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi. She has been diagnosed with arthritis. So we literally do feel your pain. We look forward to sharing what has helped us and to find products for your specific need.
We are continuously researching new products and new ways to make the lives of our customers more comfortable. We are in partnership with our suppliers to offer the best products. We strive to offer our customers the best products to relieve back and neck pain and also to educate them on prevention and self-care. We work closely with local physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists so that we may offer their patients personalized service.
